Recently, we had the privilege of collaborating with Smith Desk to highlight their partnership with Jazz’d and Bytes, an initiative dedicated to enhancing digital literacy in underserved communities.
Why This Partnership Matters
The digital divide is a real barrier in many parts of Ghana, particularly in rural and underserved areas where access to technology and digital education remains limited. Jazz’d and Bytes is tackling this challenge head-on by creating opportunities for young people to develop essential digital skills.
Their current focus is on Narkwa D/A Basic School, where over 600 students are set to benefit from improved access to digital education. This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education) and 10 (Reduced Inequalities), making it not just a local effort, but a contribution to a global mission.
